Pakistan Shaheens have advanced to the semi-finals of the Asia Cup Rising Stars tournament, defeating United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 9 wickets in their third match of the competition.
Chasing a modest target of 60 runs, Pakistan Shaheens achieved the milestone in just 5.2 overs, losing only one wicket. Moazzam Sadaqat was the star performer, remaining unbeaten on 37 runs, hitting four fours and three sixes.
Earlier, UAE were restricted to 59 runs in 18 overs, with Sufyan Muqeem claiming 3 wickets for 12 runs, while Ahmed Danial and Moazzam Sadaqat took two wickets each.
With this win, Pakistan Shaheens have registered their third consecutive victory in the tournament, having previously beaten Oman and India A.
The semi-finals are scheduled to take place on November 21.
