PCB reschedules two PSL X matches due to weather and operational considerations

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced changes to the PSL X schedule, rescheduling two upcoming matches in light of operational logistics and the prevailing heatwave conditions in parts of the country.

Revised Fixtures:

  • 1 May – Multan Sultans vs Karachi Kings
The afternoon match originally scheduled to take place at the Multan Cricket Stadium will now be held at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, with the first ball to be bowled at 3pm.

  • 1 May – Lahore Qalandars vs Quetta Gladiators
This fixture remains unchanged and will follow the earlier game as scheduled at 8pm at the Gaddafi Stadium.

This change means fans in Lahore can now enjoy a Labour Day double-header at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium.

  • 10 May fixture rescheduled to 11 May
The final match of the Multan leg, originally scheduled between Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators on 10 May (afternoon), will now be played on 11 May (evening) at 8pm at the Multan Cricket Stadium.

Reason for Rescheduling:

The decision was taken after consultations with all relevant stakeholders, prioritising player welfare, fan comfort, and overall operational ease during the ongoing extreme heat conditions in parts of the country.

Fans who purchased tickets online will receive automatic refunds to their respective accounts.
