PSL 10 Set to Resume on 17 May; Final Scheduled for 25 May at Gaddafi Stadium

The business end of Pakistan Super League 10 is set to begin with a blockbuster clash between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings on Saturday, 17 May, at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, as the tournament resumes after a short break.

The 10th edition of Pakistan’s premier T20 league will now enter a crucial phase, with five group stage matches, three playoffs, and the grand final still to be played. The final will be held on 25 May at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, which also hosted the last two PSL finals.

Double Header on 18 May

On Sunday, 18 May, Rawalpindi will host a double-header with significant playoff implications. In the afternoon fixture, Multan Sultans will face Quetta Gladiators with the match starting at 3:00pm local time. In the evening encounter, Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars—two teams known for their passionate fanbases—will battle it out under the lights, with the match beginning at 8:00pm.

Final Group Match and Playoffs

The final league-stage match will be played on 19 May between Islamabad United and Karachi Kings, also at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. This fixture could prove vital in determining the final standings and playoff match-ups.

The tournament will then move to Lahore, which will host the entire playoff stage:

  • Qualifier: 21 May

  • Eliminator 1: 22 May

  • Qualifier 2: 23 May

  • Final: 25 May

Match Timings & Ticketing Info

All fixtures (excluding afternoon games) will begin at 7:30pm local time. The only exception is the evening game on 18 May, which will begin at 8:00pm due to the double-header format.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is expected to release ticketing details shortly, with high anticipation among fans for the final leg of what has already been a thrilling tournament.
